President & CEO

Rebecca Weinstein, the leader of three successful corporate start-ups in the last 15 years, is an attorney with expertise in the growth of businesses and workplace settings.   A pioneer in the industry of identity theft prevention, Ms. Weinstein has a unique grasp of the problem and solutions.  As co-founder of IDCo Inc. Ms. Weinstein has been able to meld legal and advanced social science training with practical management experience, orchestrating the cohesive development of a cutting edge software company in an arena not accustomed to information technology solutions.  Ms. Weinstein’s wide breadth experience allows her to cross industry lines and manage a complex array of business development issues.  Ms. Weinstein holds a BA, two graduate degrees, a JD and MSW, and has completed course work toward an MPA.  A published book author, Ms. Weinstein has been quoted in Entrepreneur Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones’ Market Watch, and numerous other publications, as well as receiving various awards of recognition for her cutting-edge work.

Justin Page is an industry leading expert in computer crime, internet technologies, and system architecture.  He is the inventor of all of the company’s intellectual property including the only automated antidote to the crime of identity theft having been developed to date.  Having worked in various senior systems, development and post-merger/acquisition operational capacities for Sun Microsystems, New York Daily News, Washington Post Companies (Kaplan Inc.), Muze Inc. and J.P. Morgan and Company Inc., Mr. Page is both a hands-on technologist as well as an identity theft guru.  He is well versed and an expert witness on computer fraud/electronic discovery issues.  He has been published in Information Week and Success Magazines.  He has appeared as an identity theft expert on Good Morning America and CNN with Paula Zahn. Mr. Page is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Inc., is a Certified Microsoft Systems Architect and Database Administrator and held certification as a Network Engineer (Novell Inc); he also studied composition and electronic music at the acclaimed Manhattan School of Music.
Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance & CFO

Robert S. Chiozzi, as well as being an entrepreneur, has been a consultant to dozens of start-up and fast growth companies across the country commercializing unique technologies.  Mr. Chiozzi, a research and product development scientist working in academia and private enterprise for 17 years, expanded his wide breadth of knowledge into business administration.  He has since focused on fundraising, project management, partnership development, and converting technology to value added market applications.  Mr. Chiozzi applies his expertise in business operations, cost and financial analysis, and technology commercialization to bring IDCo’s services to the data security and financial industries markets, as well as other market arenas.  Mr. Chiozzi, having held private and public sector positions, is the founder of Growth Management Group, a multi-state business consultancy performing strategies for capital access, product & service commercialization, project planning, with success in raising and managing tens of millions of dollars for numerous enterprises.  He holds a BS, an MBA, and completed Executive MBA work at MIT.  

Honorary Founders
Jerry Orbach and Jesse L. Martin are long-time stars of the hit NBC television series Law & Order, with impressive and extensive other work to their credit.  Mr. Orbach and Mr. Martin are honorary founders of Identity Cops, for their tremendous commitment to, and concern for, privacy issues.  They are pioneers in the entertainment industry, demonstrating dedication to protecting the rights of people in the public eye.  Their involvement has been an essential element in the birth and success of the company.  Since his involvement with IDCo Jerry Orbach became the spokesperson for the United States Postal Service on identity theft, while maintaining his relationship with Identity Cops.

Advisory Board Members

Andrew Cohen has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, retail software development, web portal development, information technology and marketing strategy with both start-up’s and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to co-founding Ponder Research, Mr. Cohen held CTO positions at Icahn Associates Corp managing technology for the portfolio company as well as leading strategic technology direction for the 23 managed companies.


Ed Stroz is the founder of Stroz Associates, working on technology problems such as Internet extortions, denial of service attacks, hacks, domain name hijacking, data destruction, and theft of trade secrets.  An FBI Special Agent for 16 years, Mr. Stroz formed the FBI's Computer Crime Squad in NY City.  Mr. Stroz is a member of the Secret Service's Electronic Crimes Task Force and Chairman of the Electronic Security Advisory Council.

 

Howard Gray  was Superintendent of Maine Financial Institutions Department of Professional and Financial Regulation.  Mr. Gray spent 12 years in all phases of retail banking with Chase Manhattan Bank and 6 years at American Express in charge of all phases of marketing their Corporate Card and Company Card products.  This included direct selling to the business community, including financial planners, lawyers, accountants, etc. plus direct mail programs for lead generation and sales.


Jeff Honeycomb has 25 years IT-related leadership experience building businesses, handling aggressive corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships at Fortune 500 companies in finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, insurance, and others.  Mr. Honeycomb is known for his ability to create and articulate corporate vision and then move teams to embrace it.


Chris Orbach is a founder of E-Privex Inc.  Mr. Orbach has earned a degree in film-making from New York University and has been working as an actor and musician. As the result of his work in the entertainment industry Mr. Orbach is able to form valuable relationships with people in the public eye who are particularly susceptible to major identity theft and privacy invasions.

Daniel McCray, Esq. is a labor and employment attorney with extensive experience in litigation and collective bargaining.  He was previously an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where he handled numerous individual and class action litigations, was an associate in the New York Office of Latham & Watkins, and worked for the New York City Public Defenders Office. 

Mitchell Kahn, M.D. is a board certified internist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University, with extensive experience in medical software development. He is the president of Davinci Medical Office Software, on the Board of Directors of US Medical Network, and serves on the New York State Medical Society's committee on Medical Informatics.
